The implementation of Workfront™, a workflow management system, for the Marketing Team at AMResorts was a key contribution to the efficiency of the marketing department. It was the first introduction of project management to the company.
The process involved diagramming project workflow, building the logic of the system and training the teams. Adoption of the system was a challenge, but the teams experienced maintained efficiency despite rapid growth in project intake. Additionally, through reporting, routine processes were set in place to reduce error.

What’s the status?
After implementing the project management system, requestors and managers had visibility into project status — from emails to website redesigns — reducing time spent on questioning status and increasing the numbers of requests completed.
